Our Methods and Tools

Balanced Scorecard

A BSC is a navigation tool used to derive and pursue operative goals and initiatives for the divisions, teams, individuals from a company's strategic objectives at four levels (finance, customers, processes, learning). This will give them a strategic cockpit that communicates all relevant goals, key figures, and measures, focuses on the business strategy, and makes progress and results measurable at all times.

Value Innovation

Through the concept of the “value curve,” INSEAD Professors Kim and Mauborgne analyze six elementary behavior patterns and procedures that a company could use to revive or redefine saturated markets. Through value innovation, you will create new markets, shed the shackles of conventional competitive strategies, and combine drastic cost reductions through enhanced “customer value” with profitable growth.
