Our understanding of personnel development and organization development (PD/OD)
For us, personnel and organization development means short to long-term development measures that look at people and companies from an integrated perspective in order to increase the company’s success.
PD and OD concepts are interdependent, but personnel cannot be developed without developing the organization, and vice versa.
Our approach and our strategy are shaped by five central principles:
1. Visible and sustainable contributions
We support companies with our organizational expertise, our psychology-based pedagogical approach and our business expertise, and we deliver visible, entrepreneurial contributions and added value for the organization and the people who run it.
2. Appreciative customer partnerships and integrated solutions
We strive for long-term, professional and trusting partnerships with our customers so that we can design customized customer projects – involving training, consulting, coaching, etc. – deliver integrated solutions and provide long-term support for implementing them.
3. Transparent processes
Our approach is based on a transparent, traceable process that is always focused on positive development for people as well as for the organizational system.
4. Learning from real examples
Employees and managers are not made “in the classroom,” but are created through everyday work, through real (change) projects. We design interactive PD processes and ensure their transfer to day-to-day work.
5. International network of consultants
Our trainers, consultants and coaches have many years of experience, often internationally, doing PD / OD work with customers; they combine specialized methodological skills with a high level of personal authenticity and responsibility.
Our customer base and project experience include national and international companies of varying sizes and from various industries.
