At the beginning of a HR development plan stand an honest target/actual comparison, the respective goal setting and qualification planning, as well as an overall concept for creating the parameters of the “Learning Factory.”
Assessment Centers for plant managers (first and second line)
One of our strengths is selecting managers for production. In our ACs, we use tasks and requirements that are typical for factories, thereby achieving very good results for selection and advancement of suitable employees.
Diagnosis of management potential in a business simulation game
Our management simulation game “MOTOR” simulates the typical processes and tasks of a manufacturing plant. The participants take on a management role and manage a production segment. Each participant receives detailed individual feedback and development recommendations.
Management shop floors
The “management shop floor” is a special development program for line managers and shift supervisors. It contains a mix of training sequences and case supervision, where the participants reflect on their actual cases from their own daily work.
Training of “production trainers”
Training experienced employees to become “production trainers,” who as multipliers assume special responsibility for ensuring all necessary qualifications in a production group, is the backbone of the “Learning Factory.”
