In the middle of a world wide race for talents, the recession affects industries one by one, determining the companies to concentrate on their core function: production. Independently of the level of automation or mainly manual production, any type pf production functions only based on a sine qua non condition: competent managers and leaders, armed with efficient leading instruments, promoted from within the company.

The potential of these employees must, nevertheless be evaluated and developed in order to be exploited/valued and in order to bring the expected added value. In such a period there is a natural selection being done on the labour market, reason for which the people who are really good must be retained in the company more than ever, as they will be the ones who will generate and focus the energy and the efficiency of people under their command.

The Potential Diagnosis Workshop aims at identifying the leadership potential of the participants in view of occupying a future leading position in the organization and at evaluating the strengths and improvement areas of the participants in view of establishing an individual development plan of these key people in the company.
