Your Situation
Managers and employees working with foreign (German) colleagues, willing to enlarge their intercultural skills for a better understanding of foreign colleagues, in order to achieve a successful and efficient communication. Mixed groups (of Romanian and German) are recommended due to the high authenticity of reflecting his/her own system of values.
