Targets
The ability to develop an intercultural awareness as well as sensitivity are essential prerequisites for working successfully in a global business with an international team organization. The participants have a thorough understanding of how business activities can be influenced by specific cultural thinking and behavior. They have developed a clear understanding and idea how to efficiently solve questions concerning the “correct” interaction, negotiation, and leadership by using their intercultural competency.

Overview of cultural standards, which enable the participants to become aware of their own cultural background as well as reflecting on the impact they have on persons with a different cultural background.
