Leadership Entry Program Step 1: Leadership Personality
• Transfer of Continental philosophy into day to day business with the help of Continental’s BIG SIX and the Basics
• Procurement of basic knowledge about leadership according to the degree of maturity (Situational leadership) and the personality profile (MBTI)
• Reflection and development of their own leadership behaviour
• Get to know the HR strategies of Continental
• Self- & Foreign image - Matching as development instrument

Leadership Program Entry Step 2: Communication
• Transfer of Continental philosophy into day to day business with the help of Continental’s BIG SIX and the Basics
• Procurement of basic knowledge about the model of transactional analysis
• Reflection and development of the own communication style (preparation and steering)
• Observance and implementation of relationship levels in conversations
• Procurement of labor law basics for managers

Leadership Program Entry Step 3: Leading teams
• Transfer of Continental philosophy into day to day business with the help of Continental’s BIG SIX and the Basics
• Procurement of basic knowledge about team development
• Get to know management strategies of virtual and intercultural teams
