Target group

Executives and their members of staff who would like to get acquainted with the basic pattern of transactional analysis (TA), who would like to enlarge their communicative repertoire and to reflect on their professional role.

Targets

The participants will learn how to communicate more clearly and constructively and how to interact. You will receive the methodical equipment in order to gain new analysis and action techniques as well as to get impulses for the development of the individual professional competence of your specific role. The transactional analysis explains what is happening within a person from the psychological point of view, how relationships are formed and how systems are influencing their members mutually.

Approach

Methodically the contents will put into practice through short impulse lectures, tuition talks, individual tasks, role plays, creative exercises from the sensitivity training, guided daydreams and feedback exercises.
