Target group
All employees who are involved in the induction, training and education of colleagues and new employees. Good specialist expertise, organizational talent and a pleasure in instructing other employees are of advantage.
Targets
Rapidly changing technologies, products and employee situations regularly demand a target-oriented and above all effective instruction and induction of employees. Product quality and a smooth operational procedures depend to a great extent on the quality of these training measures.Production trainers are equipped with the elementary basics of instruction technique and are able to effectively organize appropriate training measures, and to prepare and run them with a high degree of technical, specialist expertise.
Content
Together with the participants an in-depth look is taken at the whole training problematic and then analyzed using concrete examples.
The seminar is divided into three main parts:
- The organization of the induction and instruction training (planning - location, schedule, staff)
- Specialist and methodical training preparation (the production of well-structured and effective training materials, work instructions and documents)
- Holding the training,
(training sequences are designed independently, tried out on other participants and then by means of video recordings jointly analyzed.)
