Contents

The 2-day Assessment Center works very closely to your professional reality. The exercises have a realistic framework. Participants perform tasks of foremen and / or shift-leaders and are observed and evaluated according to specific performance criteria by trained department and / or personnel managers. The results are then compiled and developed into concrete, recommended training programs. At the end, the participants also receive an oral feedback at the Assessment Center.
