MOTOR is a modular seminar for the management basics program. The participants reflect on their own managerial style, receive detailed feedback and have the opportunity to optimize their performance. Further, they experience how employees perceive their behaviors.

Contents

"MOTOR" simulates situations from the professional reality of the participants. It therefore requires the participants to deliver the appropriate performance and reaction. Not only is it important to steer production processes and manage the respective daily and organizational tasks. Participants will also have to confront problems and / or conflicts within their teams. After each "MOTOR" sequence, the participants will receive an immediate feedback from "the employees" and trainer. In a second run, the optimization can then be put to test.

Requirements

Participation in the seminars "Motivation and Dealing with Conflicts" as well as "Management and Communication Basics" is recommended.
