Target group
Project Manager, Business Project Managers and Project Managers of sub projects in the first 2 years of business as well as project members taking over project management tasks soon. The program is only bookable as a whole. The learning groups stay together during the three modules.
Targets
The overall concept consists out of a three step modular training program, which equates the Project Management Institute (PMI)® standard. In this program you learn how to lead your project with the use of effective methods and attitudes to success. At the end of the program you are able to:

- To execute an effective project controlling, to handle changes and disturbances in a constructive was and therefore save quality in your project.
- To lead your project team efficient and to support it by reaching the goals.
- To execute a potent risk-, chance- and claim management to improve the project results.
- To close your project successfull and to satisfy your customers and management.
Content
Module 1:Project definition, project planing, controlling, quality management
Module 2:
Leading, communication and cooperation in the project team, team development, conflict management
Module 3:
Risk-, chance- and claim management, handling of external partners, contract management
To guaranty the overall learning success the group is limited to 12 participants.
You have the opportunity to engage an individual coaching in between the training modules.
Requirements
First experiences in leading or coordinating (sub) projects.
Approach
With the support of your trainer you work in small groups and use the teached methods and behaviours immediate and practical in case studies. Lecture, discussion, role plays, hands on examples and presentation with following analysis and evaluation determine the training schedule. With this mix of methods your training success will be assured.
