The workshop is aimed at project leaders who within their “own” project want to be able to deal with problems and to handle difficult questions successfully, in order to meet the agreed targets within the agreed time and cost frame.

Requirements
The participants must have experience in or with project teams. Knowledge of the contents of the seminar "The Basics of Project Management" is desirable.
