General

Training Facilities / Locations
Seminars are held either in hotels or at our training facilities near the respective CONTUR location.
Registration
Please send your written registration by mail or fax to CONTUR GmbH.
Registrations are on a first come, first serve basis. We will send you the respective materials as a confirmation, as well as detailed information on seminar times, attendees and seminar location. With your registration you acknowledge our terms and conditions.
Prices and Payment Terms
The prices quoted apply to one attendee and include the actual seminar, the seminar materials, as well as the conference fees (exceptions as indicated). Thus the seminar price includes the cost of lunch and a beverage, two coffee breaks and seminar beverages for each day, as well as an evening dinner with a beverage.
The prices and action plans for customized events will be agreed upon separately.
VAT will be added at the current legal rate.
Invoices will be sent after the events; for modular series, they will be sent after the first event. Invoices are due 14 days from receipt.
Hotel Reservation/Hotel Costs
We will make reservations for the attendees on your behalf. The attendee will be responsible for accommodations/breakfast and settle directly with the hotel on the day of departure.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of a seminar must be in writing. If a seminar is cancelled 21 days or less prior to its start (unless stated otherwise in the seminar confirmation), the seminar fee shall be payable in full. This rule does not apply if another person is sent in lieu of the registered attendee. The full seminar fee shall be payable for no-shows without cancellation.
Seminar Cancellation by Contur
CONTUR GmbH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any events due to lack of demand, insufficient number of attendees, unavailability of an instructor, or for any other reasons. Should the presenters mentioned in the program be unavailable for unforeseen reasons, we reserve the right to substitute them with a presenter of equal qualifications.
Liability
If events take place in the facilities and on the premises of a third party, CONTUR GmbH shall not be liable to the attendees for accidents, loss, or property damage, unless the damage was caused through the fault of CONTUR GmbH or its employees.
