With our systemic Capability Building approach, which we implement in a structured manner using CBB® (Capability Building Blocks), we pursue an effective three-pronged strategy in all personnel development measures.

  • Motivation & Readiness – the Will

The “ willingness” is the basic prerequisite for any change – the keynote, if you will. Because everyone decides for themselves what they want to learn. This should be taken into account right from the planning stage. We all know that if participants don’t know why they are attending a workshop or training course in the first place, the positive effect is often lost. Good preparation that involves the participants’ environment supports the subsequent transfer into everyday life – and thus the effectiveness.

  • To acquire new skills – the Ability

The “skills set” is at the heart of our learning journeys. We support participants in learning and applying new and relevant skills—individually, in teams, and at the organizational level. Self-learning units enable participants to set flexible priorities while strengthening their self-learning skills. Concrete transfer tasks, regular reflections, and AI support encourage participants to put what they have learned into practice immediately.

  • Systemic support – Enabling

Change requires support. We provide your employees and leaders with continuous, hands-on support throughout their journey: through Learning Journeys in which we provide targeted support for applying their skills in everyday situations. Everyone knows that change, especially behavioral and cultural change, cannot be achieved through a single measure.
