AI learning journey for all

The AI learning journey consists of Capability Building Blocks (CBB®) and combines individual self-study with in-depth modules in which content is applied and tested in virtual sessions. Each topic is available on the learning platform, supplemented by practical trial sessions.

Our program aims to reduce fears, make quick successes visible, and anchor initial applications in everyday life. We create psychological security, promote deep understanding, and develop practical use cases. Leaders are empowered, routines are integrated sustainably, best practices are shared – and successes are celebrated together.

Six months from knowledge to impact in a blended learning journey on a learning platform.

The AI Learning Journey can consists of 7 modules – here is an example:

Each module includes 1 hour of Self-Learning and 3 hours of Live-Online Training for maximum practical relevance and mutual exchange. This is followed by a target group-specific module – either for employees or leaders.
