As an independent trainer, consultant, and systemic business coach, Annika supports leaders and teams in their development. Through the concept of LEADENTITY®, she combines leadership and identity, driven by the conviction that good leadership begins with you—your mindset and your personal strengths.
Annika’s background lies in human resources and organizational development. In various HR roles, she supported leaders as an internal sparring partner in industries such as the elevator industry, aviation, and the home goods and electronics retail sectors. As a strengths coach and LINC Personality Profiler, Annika takes a strengths-oriented and personality-based approach. She is also a certified practitioner of the Introduction to Janssen’s Model®, the Four Rooms of Change.
Annika combines systemic depth with creative methods and an experienced eye for the challenges of everyday (leadership) life in a corporate context. In her coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs, she creates learning spaces filled with openness, energy, and confidence. This gives rise to new perspectives and concrete next steps. With the help of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, she makes complex topics tangible and discussable.
She has a deep passion for the French language and culture, which is why she earned her master’s degree in economics (M.Sc.) in Lyon. Annika works in German, English, and French. Her flexibility, openness to new experiences, and intercultural sensitivity define her work. She enjoys traveling, both professionally for her clients and personally, to continually discover new places and cultures. Annika currently lives in Hanover but was born in Bielefeld—because yes, Bielefeld really does exist!
