Born in 1977 in Sibiu, Romania, Bianca Daniela Butscher soon moved to Hannover, where she now lives with her husband and their 2 children. Since 2001 she has been closely associated with CONTUR GmbH as a freelance trainer, consultant and intercultural coach. 

Bianca Daniela Butscher studied Adult Education and Human Resource Development at the Leibnitz University in Hannover. She is a trained simultaneous interpreter (German/Romanian). She built up her expertise in the field of communication consulting, training and systemic coaching through numerous trainings with Prof. Dr. F. Schulz von Thun and continued her education with Dale Carnegie, New York.

Her current focus is on leadership, communication, self-leadership, self-marketing, time management, intercultural leadership coaching (Germany / Romania), multicultural team development and team performance in an intercultural context, for which she conducts trainings, workshops and coaching. As an online trainer and web moderator she is very involved in the digitalization of trainings and development activities and conducts for CONTUR DHIT® (Digital High Intensity Trainings) also on the topic of communication. For her target groups ranging from project managers to executives, she offers measures in German and Romanian. She is also a guest lecturer at Leibnitz University in Hanover. 

Besides her family, Bianca Daniela Butscher is also passionate about sports. She loves to run and regularly participates in half marathons.
