Martin Victor, born in 1973, is a freelance systemic consultant, trainer and coach and has been supporting national and international organizations in change processes, leadership issues, train-the-trainer measures and team development measures for over ten years.

His work is characterized by an appreciative, systemic and mindful view of people, teams and organizations – with a special focus on cultural change, collaboration and self-leadership.

A graduate in business administration and music education, he has over 20 years of professional and management experience, including in international corporate structures and complex matrix organizations.

He particularly benefits from his many years of experience in HR and IT, including over 9 years as a leader in various positions. In addition to his deep understanding of processes and his ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels, his empathetic attitude and methodological diversity make him a valued sparring partner at eye level.

In his current work as a freelance trainer and consultant in the CONTUR network, Martin’s work focuses on the implementation of leadership development programs, train-the-trainer measures as well as seminars and workshops on leadership, self-management and cooperation in the commercial environment and on the store floor.

Martin Victor is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified trainer for non-violent communication (NVC), trained in body-oriented systemic consulting and coaching as well as in systemic organizational development and systemic coaching. His profile is complemented by an Insights Discovery® accreditation, a certified degree in the Four Rooms of Change Certification Program (Janssen’s Model®) and his own leadership development program.

He lives with his family near Hanover, loves the mountains, singing and is a volunteer in social coaching & organizational development projects.
