Becoming strong, staying strong – Online Resilience Training in Times of Crisis


Your Situation

This resilience training is aimed at all employees who are experiencing (a lot of) stress and strain as a result of critical situations.
You want to increase your own stamina and resistance to stress and are willing to invest time between and after the online sessions to transfer this into everyday practice.

Your Benefit

You will learn about options for how to develop power, serenity and confidence despite difficult conditions and critical situations. Using a resilience model, you will obtain input, reflection tools and individualized suggestions for maintaining and building your own health and well-being. An analysis of your current situation will allow you to recognize the resources you have available to you. You will be able to identify which approaches are helpful for you and will be able to apply these in your daily routine.
