Be Agile – Agility begins with your attitude

Your situation

Agile work, what do we really mean by that? Agility is the subject of discussion that is seen as the answer to the constant changes in the working world. Technological progress, digitalization and the necessity to maintain customer satisfaction, all increase the complexity of everyday demands.

You experience how processes are constantly changing; how more and more tools are being used and requirements which were once defined, are now repeatedly changing in the course of projects. You hear that in such situations and in finding solutions, it is necessary to maintain a agile mindset – an agile attitude. Yet, what is meant by that actually?

An agile mindset is more than just an attitude. The results of brain research studies show that not only “ thinking” should be examined closely, but also “feeling”, and the action that is a result of that. Therefore, thinking, feeling and acting are more closely related to one another than we commonly assumed up to now.

The agility – in the sense of a mindset – takes effect when we demonstrate our flexibility when we think, feel and act, and we succeed in thinking “not only but also”, instead of just “either-or”. Added to this, is the ability to reflect, to position oneself and orientate oneself in order to remain capable of acting which in turn, results in developing problem-solving approaches.

This training is designed for those who are convinced that agile working is more than just the sum of principles, values and methods and who want to help themselves and their team in developing an agile mindset during cooperative teamwork.

Your benefit

In training „Be Agile – Agility begins with your attitude" you first position yourself while simultaneously gaining an awareness of the needs of others. In doing so, you will receive an orientation model with which you can also position yourself during future complex situations. You will understand more about your own strengths and limitations which stop you performing " not only but also" thinking, and will work on the basis of structured self-reflection with the personal dialectic instrument (Four Rooms of Change®" on your own concrete situations.

You will develop your „Be Agile" plan, i.e. your individual approach, to keep your "agile mind" fit in your daily work. Virtual "weekly stand-ups" will support you over a period of five weeks to consistently put your goals into practice. In the "Be agile" review, you will learn from the experiences of other participants and profit from the feedback of the group.
