Change Management II

Target group

This seminar is intended for managers and employees who work on Change projects and Change processes and who are involved in leading, steering, assuming responsibility and leading teams. Changes in the company affect all areas. Your own tasks and roles are changing at a high speed and new functions which didn´t even exist a few years ago are being developed. This also means that new job profiles are emerging, particularly in the IT sector and in project management. How do you motivate yourself and your employees who are actively involved in shaping these changes? How do you deal with unexpected, unclear situations or uncertain results? How do your managers and employees manage to maintain an overview? How do you prioritize the tasks that you have to perform daily? How do you prepare yourself for topics that might gain in significance in the future?

Communication in the Change Management process is a central means of control, yet also requires an extra effort which should turn out to be worthwhile for you and your teams. Therefore, it is just as important to possess effective methods for conducting your own discussions and for solving conflict in teams as well as possessing current knowledge on Change Management. New solution approaches, such as agile collaboration, self-organization and practical as well as conceptual approaches, are equally important for us to focus on as well as your own experiences and change projects. During your active involvement in the seminar, you will have the opportunity to check out new methods and innovative concepts for your personal topics and put them to the practical test. You will learn how to strengthen and stabilize your own actions and competence as well as that of your team, and receive tips for your own change experience.
