Your situation

You are increasingly being confronted with the expression "new work" with agile working techniques. In many areas, agile work is and will be introduced to help you react more confidently when faced with changing customers or market demands and working under uncertain conditions.
First of all, we have to establish a mutual understanding of the expression "agile work" in a team or in the organization. In many companies, where the expression "agile" is used, there is seldom a mutual understanding about what it means for me and the way I work and think.

Your benefit

You will get to know the basic values and principles as well as ways of acting and thinking. Through targeted discussions and practical examples for use, you will get a first impression about how you can work agilely for yourself or with your team. Using practical case studies, you will try out the direct use of agile techniques and thereby get a first impression about how you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice in your daily business without a long lead time.
