Customized personnel development programs (PDPs) offer the ideal structure for learning. They see learning as a development process, one that is only considered successful and lasting if the learned material can be applied to day-to-day work in a timely, effective way. Since increasing individual competences – like cognitive learning – requires employees above all to develop their skills, reflect on their own experiences and try out new approaches in a “safe space,” PDPs actively support participants during the learning process and help them reflect on what they have learned.

Our learning structure

The program’s success also depends on the design of the preliminary internal nomination process (based on clear selection criteria), its professional execution and how it is adapted to the company-wide competence model or to internal management guidelines.
