Content

The structure of the Virtual Performance Assessment VPA© consists of five categories within which virtual proximity can be created and the performance of virtual teams can be enhanced.
The five categories are:

  • Inclusion
  • Organization and process
  • Space and time
  • Team members, tasks and goals
  • E-culture

The written online questionnaire can be filled out in very little time and the results can be evaluated in various target groups (>3), e.g. by country or subject area. The results are discussed and in-depth questions are debated in a virtual debriefing with an experienced adviser.
