Further development on the shop floor

Production sites are under immense cost and competitive pressure. So it is all the more important to work with the full potential of everyone who is involved in the value-added chain. Modern leadership and management methods are called for to make the general conditions at your site competitive and attractive.
 
Please be aware that the training language is German, exceptions are stated.
We'll be glad to organize all trainings as well in English for groups from 5 up to 12 people.
 

Leadership

In our work with managers, we expect them to take a close look at their behaviour and its effects. This is done in particular by an intensive reflection on their own basic attitudes. Without academic theories or learning management styles by rote. Instead, the participants' own experiences are recalled, alternatives trialled, social and personal skills acquired and practised – as a way of developing into an experiences, empathetic and authentic manager on the shop floor.

Management

In times of changing markets, ever more demanding customers and constantly increasing automation, your management skills have got to be keenly honed if you are going to keep pace with the international competition. Business administration knowledge, working with key performance indicators and ensuring that the highest quality expectations are met in complex processes; these are only a few of the topics that must be mastered directly on the value-added chain. Develop your management skills!

Personality Development

We understand personality development as a process for developing as a human being in a targeted way so as to remain capable of action and actively shaping everyday business life in the midst of constantly changing challenges. Participating in various seminars offers assistance with the objective of deriving specific implementation impulses and training particular skills.


Change

If a production site is going to be successful in the long term, it needs to undergo a continuous process of change. Flexible working methods, cooperation with all sorts of cultures and growing areas of responsibility; these are only some of the challenges facing management teams nowadays. We accompany managers and their teams in the process of identifying their strengths and overcoming the challenges. We offer individual solutions and accompany change processes in production, e.g. when:

  • establishing a shared understanding of leadership,
  • working through conflicts,
  • alignment towards and pursuing goals,
  • developing teams or
  • defining and implementing measures from employee surveys

This is all done through a practical approach, e.g. in the form of consulting for individual managers or entire management teams who are in challenging circumstances.
