Course description
Your situation
For example, you are about to introduce a new technology, or you are planning other change projects in your company. These changes affect the daily work of your team or other areas of the company and require a change in the behavior of those involved.
Your benefit
In this Learning Journey with presence plus digital learning & working formats, you will experience directly in a digital simulation how certain measures affect the different phases of a project. You can derive concrete steps for your own project. Supplementary change management tools are trained in a targeted manner and implemented in everyday life during the transfer phases.
Unlike in classical trainings, we do not stop here, but accompany you during the implementation. The exchange in the weekly stand-up meeting and impulses from the trainer support you in applying what you have learned in everyday life, receiving feedback and reflecting on it in order to expand your personal “toolbox”.
Methods
Digital simulation with ActeeChange:
ActeeChance is a tried and tested online simulation that we use successfully internationally. In this simulation, you are given a concrete change to work on and solve, as well as a virtual team of employees. Finally, you are given a set of actions to take, combined with a time budget. You play the role of the manager.
You work on the change in a small group in several sections. You discuss the options for action with the participants in your small group, implement them step by step and take stock after each section. The learnings from each section are immediately implemented in the following section.
You will experience that
- Measures can produce unexpected results
- Some measures may be just right for some people on your team, but problematic for others.
- Some actions are more likely to drive the technical implementation of the change, while others “get the team on board”
All the experiences gained in the simulation will be transferred to your concrete change at the end.
In addition, there is of course professional input, collegial case consultation, group work, self-study units as well as methods flexibly used according to the needs of the participants.
