Description
In this training you will learn about the new legal and other requirements for sustainability reporting in Germany. You will learn what content and data a report should contain and how to provide topics and data so that the report is credible and auditable.
In order to fulfil legal requirements as a company, some basic principles regarding the content of sustainability reporting are elementary. A sustainability report can only fulfil the legal obligation, prove good risk management towards the capital market, but can also be seen as an instrument to motivate employees or to attract new talent to the company. Depending on the goal, the topics must above all be presented differently. With the help of this knowledge, you will be able to better tailor your measures to the concrete needs of your company and find the right promoters within the company to successfully implement your project.
In addition to the professional input, the experiences of the trainer and the other participants help you to assess your situation and develop options for action with you.
Individual coaching sessions take place parallel to the group modules. The aim of these sessions is to address your challenges in the company and to develop individual and very concrete implementation steps. A sustainability report must contain all the essential topics of your company. We discuss in detail what these are and how you can set priorities, which topics are also best suited to your company.
