Course description
With the scientifically sound and pragmatic Janssen’s Model®, based on the Four Rooms of Change theory, we work on your specific situation: for example, as part of a change process, in the case of particular leadership challenges or in confusing conflict situations.
Determining your own position, recognising and understanding the course of change processes in individuals and organisations, transferring them to your own situation – all of this creates new experiences for you and opens up new perspectives.
In a joint exchange with a certified counsellor, you will be able to develop alternative ideas for solutions. You will also learn about a management tool that you can use in many other situations in your life.
