Course description
As a manager, you have to master the balancing act between strategic and operational work on a daily basis. On the one hand, major transformations such as digitalisation and sustainability influence the strategic direction and various change projects create change and uncertainty. On the other hand, day-to-day business demands strong decision-making and employees require continuity and reliability. Added to this are increasing complexity and speed. Do you feel challenged or perhaps overwhelmed by these challenges?
Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, the digital transformation is underway. As a result, working from home and hybrid working are now the norm – and present you with new challenges: How do I strengthen motivation, team cohesion and employee loyalty? The topic of sustainability is also high on the agenda and demands a different awareness, behaviour and innovations. At the same time, global crises are causing supply bottlenecks that disrupt routines and processes and need to be managed on an ad hoc basis. These challenges run in parallel and demand a lot from you. How can you orientate yourself? How can you navigate safely through these times? And where can you find the energy to master all of this?
Janssen’s Model® provides you with a scientifically sound and pragmatic approach that is easy to apply in change situations. The theory of the Four Rooms of Change and the analysis tools were developed by Claes Janssen in Sweden and have been used worldwide for over 30 years in a wide variety of companies and industries and for different target groups.
Whether professionally or privately, you will understand how change processes work and will be able to localise and support yourself and your fellow human beings in change processes. A deeper understanding opens up new perspectives and enables you to deal respectfully and appreciatively, even in critical situations. Recognise what is important to you and your counterpart, find solutions to conflicts, set common goals and support your employees in their development. With Janssen’s Model® you can recognise which management tools are particularly effective and when. Identify your sources of energy and familiarise yourself with the four pillars of self-leadership. Experience the positive energy of working with this change concept. This will enable you to navigate yourself and others through change more confidently and competently.
