Course description
Your Situation
You are a project leader, sub-project leader or group leader and lead teams. In your leadership situations, you are expected to prepare status reviews on project progress and team situations; to skilfully handle deviations in the course of the project and to keep your team target-oriented in finding solutions.
You should already gained some experience in leading (project) teams before participating in this training.
Your Benefit
You will receive a tool box for team-oriented work which you can apply in various situations. During the training we will focus on working with Change Requests, new challenges, deviations, and the systematic search for problem solutions as well as Status Reviews.
