During my time as a self-employed consultant, trainer and coach, I contacted Contur to expand my network and was initially employed as a freelancer to conduct development or assessment centres. This was quickly followed by additional coaching assignments and in-house training in the areas of psychology, leadership and collaboration. I always enjoyed working for Contur and its clients, so I didn’t have to think twice when I was offered the permanent position as Head of Management Diagnostics!
