CONTUR Regensburg started in 2008 and I was allowed to be part of it. An exciting and inspiring time began with a great mentor, who was to be followed by many more great companions and impulse-givers. It was a good decision to jump out of a large corporation and into human resources development and organisational development. And 14 years later, I’m still here, enriched by a few experiences and many great contacts.
