After many years working in value-added areas in management roles, I was given the chance to move into the role of a trainer and consultant. At the time, CONTUR was interested in bringing someone into the team who knew what it was like behind the scenes in commercial areas. At first I had a lot of respect for such a big job change. However, I was then able to experience first-hand what it means for personal development to work for a training company. I have been working for CONTUR since 2014 and feel really comfortable.
