Your Way to CONTUR
After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying business administration, I was responsible for international management training at Continental AG, i.e. advising local training managers in the plants and international middle and senior managers. In addition, I accompanied international onboarding processes, trained project management and moderated complex project kick-offs and major events/symposia in Europe.
Since the management buyout of CONTUR in 1997, I have expanded my own portfolio of assignments as a trainer and consultant over the years: Communication and leadership trainings, strategy and change processes, assessment and development centers, design and implementation of HR development programs for different target groups (high potentials, executives, experts, procurement managers, sales people, …) and first took over the management of the business unit “PE/OE”, since 2013 the CEO of CONTUR.

My two children are grown up and already studying, so my own creative freedom has grown again. I’m doing a modern MBA while working, I’m a fan of the Hannover Scorpions (ice hockey team), play golf, ski and like to travel. CONTUR is my “third child” and meanwhile 25 years old 😊 i.e. I have intensively helped to shape the culture and portfolio of CONTUR – with the customers, fairly, transparently and in such a way that our interventions also create an effect – i.e. build capabilities. And with the attitude of Enjoy Development!
