I met Angelika in Minden when I was studying my master degree in Germany. At that time, CONTUR was planning to open office in Shanghai and looking for people who shares the similar understanding of personal development and organization development. So we found it fit and I started to learn and see how CONTURies working in Germany. In 2015 I came back to Shanghai and start my career with CONTUR Shanghai. I enjoying working here, exploring different roles and trying out different tasks, handling different challenges while developing myself as a facilitator and trainer.
