Your Situation

You hold a management position in a matrix organisation, where disciplinary line functions, project management and managerial authority overlap. All this must be clarified, not only with supervisors and when you manage your own employees, but also with interface partners.

You will practice dealing with all the various interest groups and refine your leadership tools.
