When planning to go back to China after living in Germany for quite some time, I got introduced to CONTUR by Jiayi Wang. Here I could use my experience from Germany and work in China at the same time. My start was very exciting, since – shortly after getting to know the team – I had to work remotely from my hometown Wuhan for almost four months. That is a legendary experience for me: To work only remotely for the beginning of a new job made me embrace change much more and stay resilient in this ever-changing new normal working environment.  

My task in CONTUR is: Seminar Management for Inhouse training/workshop and Web Moderator for online trainings and events. I see one of my main tasks to let our customers understand our CONTUR philosophy – which means, every training, workshop or event has an interactive and  collaborative character. Hopefully I can invite our customers to enjoy the learning journey and develop a fruitful relationship together.
