Aleksandra Luboinska (called Ola) was born in 1972 in Poland and lives together with her husband and a cat in Odenwald.  She has more than 24 years of experience in leadership development in internationally operating companies and has been a consultant for CONTUR GmbH for 15 years.

Ola Luboinka started her professional development by studying Applied Social Sciences in Warsaw University in Poland, gaining professional certification in “Negotiation, Mediation, Facilitation and Conflict Management” as well as “Social and Therapeutical Help”. Already during her studies she gained international business experience by working for 3 years at Hewlett Packard as assistant and interpreter. This experience followed by 3 years as recruitment consultant gave her unique insights into leadership challenges managers currently face.    

Training and further education have always been an important factor for her. Since graduating from her master’s studies she got trained to be a systemic coach (Sieger Consulting, Darmstadt), British Drama Trainer certification (DramaWay, Warsaw), and is a licensed user of the personality questionnaires: MBTI Step I&II, MTQ (Mental Toughness Questionnaire) and Gallup Clifton Strengths. 

Her current fields of application are mainly the leadership development for different target groups from university graduates to country head level as onsite, online and blended programmes, as well as feedback processes and trainings (e.g. 360° feedback processes). She develops and trains customer-specific measures for different target groups as required in German, English, and Polish onsite and online. Additionally, she coaches specialists and executives.  

Ola prefers to spend her free time actively and outdoors. She enjoys sports, runs a lot and has a propensity to try any new activity that offers itself.
