Angela Rivadeneira was born in Colombia, and lives in the United States. Mrs. Rivadeneira has more than 20 years of experience in HR management, leadership, and consulting positions in multinational companies like Bayer-Schering Pharma, GlaxoSmithKline, RBL Group and VXT Negocios.

Currently Mrs. Rivadeneira works as an organizational consultant, mentor and executive coach with different clients and organizations. Expert in organizational development, performance management, assessment center and career and succession planning. She also has wide experience in design and development of strategies that support organizational change plans, development of leadership competencies, implementation of coaching and mentoring programs, and design and implementation of strategies to retain and develop human capital, improve processes and performance, help achieve its business priorities and maintain its competitive advantage.

Mrs. Rivadeneira has developed a cross-cultural vision and experience after having lived in Colombia, Germany, Mexico and the United States, which gives her knowledge about resilience and strategies to adapt to a changing environment. This allows her to understand and help organizations incorporate different points of view, increase their potential, and bring the best out of their cultural diversity to align personal and organizational goals.

Mrs. Rivadeneira has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.

Mrs. Rivadeneira and her husband currently live in West Hartford, Connecticut, with their two sons. She enjoys traveling, learning about other cultures, reading, and arts.
