Trainer and consultant at CONTUR

Anja Siegert grew up in the Upper Palatinate (Oberpfalz) and completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in educational science in Regensburg.

After graduating, she worked for 2 years for a large German corporation in personnel development and then for a start-up in the field of digital learning.

Since the beginning of 2021, she has been working at CONTUR as a trainer and consultant in the two topics of digital learning and sustainability. In digital learning, her focus is primarily on learning and collaboration in Microsoft 365 and especially Teams.

Sustainability has always been a topic close to Anja Siegert’s heart. As a former HR developer, she understands how to approach sustainability in a company as a change process and how to get all employees on board. With CONTUR, she has developed the Sustainability Game Experience – a workshop format with integrated simulation that addresses precisely this issue and gets all employees on board.

In her free time, she likes to get out and about in her self-converted van or can be found on the beach volleyball court. When the weather is bad, she enjoys playing board games and especially Schafkopf – a Bavarian card game.
