Trainer and Consultant at CONTUR

Born in 1983, Jens Witte lives with his partner and dog in their shared house in Minden. Since 2014, he has enriched the team of CONTUR GmbH as a trainer and consultant on the topics of leadership, especially in the commercial sector, and with train-the-trainer measures.

After his apprenticeship as an energy electronics technician, Jens Witte completed his professional competencies with a further training as a change agent. He is a Certified European eLearning Manager (CELM, Steinbeis University of Applied Sciences, Institute for Learning Design + Management, Lucerne, CH), has a completed trainer education (CONTUR GmbH) and a certified degree in the Four Rooms of Change® Certification Program.

At the beginning of his professional development, he was an executive in various positions in commercial enterprises for many years, including Head of Technology Competence Center and Senior Manager Service and Production. In his current position as a trainer and consultant at CONTUR GmbH, his work focuses on the design and implementation of management development programs, train-the-trainer measures, seminars and workshops on virtual learning, service excellence, team development measures and moderation.

In addition to spending time at home, in the garden and with his dog, Jens Witte is a passionate motorcyclist who enjoys riding off the beaten track.
