Maxi Hiedemann de Caballero, is a Multilingual ICF Certified Coach (PCC), Board member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), Trainer and consultant with a passion for connecting with people, and extensive experience in personal and executive coaching, leadership development, effective communication, collaboration and intercultural competences.

Maxi was born and raised in Cologne, Germany, and after living and working in Spain and Peru she came to Mexico where she resides to this day. She is a consultant for business from abroad since 2009 and a Coach and Trainer since 2014. Since then, she works for international profit, non-profit, government and educational organisations and institutions. Her areas of experience and major focus include leadership development, effective communication, intercultural competences and cross-cultural teambuilding, collaboration and coordination. She has participated in several projects, from developing and facilitating intercultural trainings, mentor coaching, teambuilding and effective communication trainings and workshops, both virtual and on-site, to supporting leaders from all over the world in their development through one-to-one personalized coaching sessions.

Before Maxi decided to become an independent consultant and coach she worked as Deputy Managing Director of a German company in Mexico for nine years and as a Business Development Manager in a Mexican Start-up Company, always working with international clients, using her intercultural sensitivity and competence.

Maxi currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Querétaro, México. She enjoys reading, travelling, long walks, the family’s pets and a good conversation and wine with friends.
