Patricia Villa is Mexican, she studied Business Administration with a specialization in Training and Life and Career planning, updating herself with a master degree in Organizational Leadership in 2016.During her first professional years she worked in human resources departments for different industries such as insurance, financial, software and pharmaceutical. Her passion for healthy relations and balanced humans, lead her to certify in several topics such as: cognitive coaching, human development consultant, Gestalt Psychotherapist, team coach, ontological coach and mentor. She has a PCC credential by ICF.

Currently, Mrs. Villa is the Founder and CEO of Macie Coaching, a coaching and mentorship company. She also mentors and coaches executives and teams in international corporations. Mrs. Villa is ambassador of International Coaching federation (ICF) at the Bajio region in Mexico. She is an active member of Prowoman Network in Louisville, KY., As well she participates as a member in Atemapp (Mexican association of mental and balance health). Also she is co-author of three books in English, collaborating with communication and coaching chapters. She was an academic and coordination member of the organizational leadership master degree at the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt (IHPG 2015-2017).

Now she is living in Queretaro city, where she works for international companies in Europe and USA, developing leadership and career coaching processes. In her own business she facilitates soft skills workshops, coaching and mentor projects in international enterprises in Mexico.

Mrs. Villa enjoys reading, meditating, hiking and spending quality time with her family. She loves to explore in nature spaces and to travel meeting new people, flavors, culture and landscapes.
