Sibylle Schönert was born in Augsburg and the Fuggerstadt has remained her center of life. She lives here with her patchwork family in the midst of a multicultural environment.

After completing her education as a travel agent, she held various professional positions in tourism and publishing in Germany and abroad. Then her love of working with people, curiosity and passion for variety led her to start working as a trainer with a focus on outdoor learning in 2008. She has accompanied teams from a wide range of industries and has worked on topics such as cooperation, communication and project management.

She is a tourism specialist, experiential educator be®, systemic coach (DGSF), systemic individual couple and family therapist (IFW, according to DGSF) and certified online trainer (Contur GmbH).

Following her various training and continuing education programs, Sibylle Schönert now works with companies, teams and individuals in phases in which change, reflection, development or reorientation is important: in strategy planning, change processes, continuing education measures, leadership development.

In doing so, she brings together the best of the worlds in which she has her professional roots: She combines factual and substantive work with active experience and mixes proven methods with creative and unconventional approaches. Added to this is her process knowledge and know-how from her own professional experience.

Sibylle Schönert is experienced as intense, flexible, reliable and sometimes charmingly uncomfortable.

She likes to travel with her backpack, ride her bike, do yoga for inner peace and enjoys looking at the sea.
