Partner of the CONTUR Network

Verena Wankerl was born in 1977 in Bonn and grew up there. She now lives in Minden with her partner and their three children. She studied Psychology at the University of Hamburg with a focus on Work & Organizational Psychology and Consulting & Training. She attended further trainings in Systemic Supervision & Organizational Consulting (Hamburg Institute for Systemic Continuing Education) and Systemic Therapy & Family Therapy, as well as a certification for Four rooms of change®.

Professionally, Verena Wanker worked in various HR positions, primarily in personnel and organizational development and, depending on her numerous qualifications, later also as a manager. She finally decided to work independently as a (couples’) advisor, trainer and coach, which also brought her into the network of CONTUR GmbH as a freelance consultant and trainer. Her work at CONTUR focuses on change management, organizational development, coaching on leadership and training, as well as coaching on stress management and burnout prevention. Already after graduating from high school and during her studies Verena Wankerl was abroad for longer periods of time, but also for her professional activities she was on assignment on different continents.

As a balance to her job and to recharge her batteries, Verena Wankerl likes to do yoga, go running or to the sauna. She also enjoys going to the North Sea.
