Xueli Yuan was born and raised in China. He completed his master’s degree in German language and literature and intercultural communication in China and in Germany.

After his studies he was an employee of the State Bureau of Foreign Experts in Beijing. Xueli Yuan works as an experienced consultant and trainer for companies, investors and institutions in management training. He specializes in the conception, management and implementation of intercultural management training and seminars to prepare executives and employees of internationally operating companies for working abroad. Xueli Yuan works as a freelance trainer for CONTUR GmbH and focuses on the areas of communication, presentation, knowledge transfer/training, employee leadership, conflict management and negotiation strategies in purchasing and sales.

At the same time, Xueli Yuan also conducts trainings for Chinese employees and executives of German companies in Germany and in China on the topic of “Successful Cooperation with German Colleagues”.
