Your Situation

You are a project manager, a technical/functional project leader, disciplinary project manager or a selected project team member and frequently have contacts to third parties when you are collaborating with them in this function. You therefore often find yourself in negotiating situations in which you would like to promote your project, both on a large or small scale.
