Live Online Training: Project Management Basics

Your Situation

In many business areas, project work has been/will be introduced in order to meet the demands of complex and innovative work assignments. You have just taken on the position of a project leader or become a project team member, or will be working in projects in the near future, i.e. you will be working in projects, or leading them in the near future. In order to better understand the project tasks, correlations and tools and/or to prepare yourself for this role, you would like to understand the theory surrounding project work and apply it.

Your Benefit

You will become familiar with the principles of traditional project management; acquire knowledge of a systematic approach and the corresponding tools used in initiating, planning, implementing and steering projects. Using practice-related case examples you will put theoretical principles directly into practice and thereby get a first impression of how you can integrate what you have learned into your personal everyday business. In addition, you will learn how to bring a project to a close and how to deal with any changes to the project assignment or to project goals.
