Your Way to CONTUR
My first contact with CONTUR was in the context of my master’s thesis in educational science on the topic of “Developing digital competence”. After my studies, I first worked in human resources development in a large company.
Then I worked for a start-up to develop an e-learning app on the topic of digitalisation and was a freelance trainer on the side. And as luck would have it, my path has now crossed with CONTUR a second time and since February 2021 I have been a CONTURie in the New Business team.
Here, I mainly take care of our Digital High Intensity Trainings (DHITs) and new ways and possibilities for the future of CONTUR.

I live in beautiful Regensburg. In summer, you can find me on the beach volleyball court or jogging or swimming along the Danube. In winter, I like to play Schafkopf, a Bavarian card game, in a bar. My heart’s project was converting a Ford Transit van into a camper. Thanks to the open culture we have here at CONTUR, I have since enjoyed working remotely from my camper from time to time. New Work means to me that work is no longer a place. Thanks to the opportunities for digital collaboration, I have found the optimal conditions for productive and creative work.
